- Most items are shipped within 2 to 7 business days unless the item is on back order. (Priority Mails takes 2-3 Days from shipping date)

- Shipping is done via USPS International Priority/Standard Shipping.
- At checkout, you will be able to decide the cost of shipping.
- There is no international tracking once package leaves the US. if you wish to have your package tracked- Registered mail is available at an additional cost.
We do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. The customs fees are based on your government regulations.
If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the customs fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.

The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package for standard/ first class mail. Guarantees are only available with Express mail. First-Class can take 3-7 days longer than normal to deliver during the holidays (especially during the month of December). SexyChic Boutique™ is not responsible or liable for any US Postal Service errors during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
- All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), free of damage and postal labels. All merchandise must be unworn. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept exchanges that are in the original, resalable condition. If merchandise does not meet these criteria it be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
- We do not cover the cost for Return Shipping.
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original invoice with your exchange. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your exchange.
- Write “Reason for Exchange” on the back of your invoice.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use any traceable & insurable shipping service for your return.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Upon receipt of your package, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
